Dr. James Hu
Dr. James Hu is a recent transplant from the Midwest. He brings his Midwest charm and dental knowledge to treat our patients with the utmost respect and kindness. After graduating from dental school in Illinois at the top of his class, he went on to complete an advanced general practice hospital-based residency at the University of Chicago where he treated medical complex patients, advanced full mouth reconstruction cases, and all aspects of cosmetic/surgical dentistry.
During his early days, Dr. Hu quickly learned the importance of the golden rule – do on to others as you want to be done to you, and this is a mantra he lives by to this day. He treats all his patients like his family and ensures comfort and ease throughout any procedure.
With his love for technology, Dr. Hu loves to implement all aspects of digital dentistry into your care. He is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese for any patients that require additional language assistance. Outside the office, you will find him with his wife and son, exploring everything that the pacific northwest has to offer including hiking trails, salmon hatcheries, fishing, and eating his way around the neighborhoods.
Dr. Christopher Wu
Dr. Christopher Wu is passionate about providing quality dental care in a comforting environment. He relishes the opportunity to help people in need and potentially change their lives.
Dr. Wu grew up in Taipei, Taiwan, but moved to the United States to attend the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from which he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering. He continued his education and received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Midwestern University, Illinois.
As a practicing dentist, Dr. Wu continues his training through SouthShore Study Club, Implant Pathway, and ADA and AGD CE courses. Through continuing education, he is kept aware of the most updated practices that will be beneficial for his patients, and to increase his skill sets to provide higher quality of care.
Dr. Wu met his wife while they were both in dental school. They have a one-year-old daughter who loves to dance and keep them on their toes. When he has a free moment, Dr. Wu enjoys watching movies, traveling, and finding new places to eat in the greater Seattle area.
